Usage: The “Company Identification Details” screen is the main interface for entering and modifying basic company data in the system. This screen contains four main sections: Address, Contact, Legal, and Branches.

- Country: Select the country in which the company is located from a drop-down list.
- City: Enter the company’s main city.
- Region: Select the district or neighborhood within the city.
- Address: Enter the company’s detailed address.
- Currency: Select the company’s base currency (e.g., Saudi Riyals, US Dollars).
- Longitude: Enter the longitude coordinate of the company’s location.
- Latitude: Enter the latitude coordinate of the company’s location.
- Radius: Specify the radius around the company’s location (in meters) for geographic coverage purposes.
- Edit: A button to save edits made to the address data.
- Company Name (English)*: Company name in English (required field)
- Company Name (Arabic)*: Company name in Arabic (required field)
- Mobile Code: Country code for mobile phones (e.g., +966 for Saudi Arabia)
- Mobile Number: Company’s primary mobile phone number
- Company Email: Company’s official email
- Company Logo: Button to upload the company logo (image)
- Contact Person Position: The job title of the person representing the company (e.g., “Sales Manager,” “HR Coordinator”).
- Contact Person Email: The official email address of the contact person for communication.
- Company Address: The physical or legal address of the company (street, building, area).
- City Name: The city where the company is located.
- Mobile Number (Contact Person): The direct phone number of the contact person for quick communication.
- Company Name*: The registered legal name of the company
- Tax Number*: The official tax number of the company
- Commercial Number*: The commercial registration number of the company
- Registered Address*: The registered legal address of the company
- Business Activity Category*: The type of principal business activity of the company
- Street Name*: The main street name of the legal address
- City Subdivision Name*: The section or area within the city
- City Name*: The legal city of the company
- Postal Code*: The postal code of the legal address
- Subdistrict*: The subdistrict within the city
- Building Number*: The building number of the legal address
- Additional Street Name*: Any additional address details
- Registration Name*: The name as officially registered
- Branch Code: A unique identification code for the branch
- Branch Name (Arabic/English): The name of the branch in both Arabic and English
- Branch Area: The geographical area of the branch
- Branch City: The city in which the branch is located
- Branch Address: The detailed address of the branch
- Code/Mobile Number: The branch’s phone number with country code
- Branch Email: The branch’s email address
- Country Code: The country code for the branch
- Company Name (Arabic/English): The name of the parent company as it appears for the branch
Save: After entering the previous fields, the user clicks “Save” to save the company data.
