¶ Usage
The “Warehouse Definition” screen is used to define and manage all warehouses and storage locations within the system.
Each warehouse represents a physical or logical location where items are stored, received, or issued.
Accurate warehouse setup is essential for controlling stock, tracking movements, and generating reliable reports.
¶ Fields Description

Warehouse Code:
A unique code assigned to each warehouse for quick identification and reference throughout the system. -
Warehouse Name:
The descriptive name of the warehouse or store (e.g., “Main Warehouse,” “Branch A Store,” “Finished Goods Warehouse”). -
Address:
The detailed address of the warehouse including street, city, and postal code. -
Country / Region / City:
Specify the location of the warehouse geographically for audit and logistics purposes. -
Contact Person:
The name of the warehouse manager or person responsible for inventory control. -
Phone / Mobile / Email:
Contact details for communication with warehouse staff. -
Warehouse Type:
Defines the nature of the warehouse:- Main Warehouse – The primary storage location for the company.
- Sub Warehouse – A secondary or branch warehouse.
- Transit Warehouse – For temporary stock awaiting transfer or delivery.

Active Status:
Enables or disables the warehouse. Inactive warehouses cannot be used in transactions.
¶ Actions
- Save:
After entering or modifying warehouse data, click “Save” to store the configuration. - Export:
Allows the user to download all warehouse data as an Excel or PDF report. - Search:
Use the top search bar to quickly locate any warehouse by code or name.
