Stock Transfer
Usage: This screen is an essential part of inventory management, used to record the movement of stock between warehouses or locations in an organized and accurate manner.
It ensures that quantities are updated correctly when stock is transferred from one storage location to another.
Prerequisites for using the screen:
- The user has appropriate permissions to add a transfer.
- Warehouses are defined and active.
- Items and their units of measure are predefined.
- If applicable, batch tracking and serial settings are configured.
When you open the screen, you will find:
Top-level Filters
- Search by number, Search by date, Status, Warehouse (source/destination).
Main Buttons
- Show, Export.
Actions (Details – Print)
- Details, Print.
2. Add a New Transfer
- Transfer Date * / Source Warehouse * / Destination Warehouse * / Notes.
Item Lines
- Barcode / Item Code / Description / Unit of Measure / Quantity / Tracking / Notes / Actions (Delete).
